- Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for used, washed, or damaged items.
- Personalized or discounted products are non-returnable.
2. Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for the same product type (e.g., different size or colour) if available in stock.
- Delivery fees for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
3. Refunds
